Blinky Beach connects Transit Hill and Intermediate Hill and is a beautiful beach as I am sure you can see.The airport is situated on the only flat part of the island between the lagoon and Blinky Beach. The road to the golf course and the luxury resort of Capella runs past the end of the airport. It also takes you to the access points to climb Mt Lidgbird and Mt Gower.
