Beach Scene Mural Painted in Shortland Esplanade Underpass From Newcastle Beach, NSW

In 2011 Trevor Dickinson painted this mural which can be found in the underpass crossing from Newcastle Beach under Shortland Esplandade. He was assisted by Mark, Lucy and Ella . The mural largely replaces a previous mural painted in 1990 by Birgitte Hanson.
While the mural could do with a good washdown it is surprisingly graffiti free.
