I first wrote these words on a piece of cardboard back in the late 1980's when I was doing external university studies. At the time I was leading a busy life involved in a lot of community organizations and raising a young family. I needed all the encouragement I could get to continue slaving away at university essays.
Inspirational quotes like these did the trick as I managed to get through that period but not without many stresses.
I found this again the other day and decided to play around with the tattered old piece of cardboard in Paint Shop Pro. This is the result.
