Raintrees holds approximately 4 acres of native and planted forest, much of it now comprised of Australian rainforest species. For this reason wildlife abounds and with species diversity expected to widen as planted trees and shrubs commence fruiting and flowering.
The main species we see most days are Red neck Wallabies, Brush Tail Possoms, Goannas, Water Dragons, White Headed Pigeons, King Parrots, Australian Wood Ducks, and a wide selection of other small birds and animals, depending on the season.
