Transit Hill at 121m is easily accessible from most accomodation on Lord Howe,being centrally located between Blinkeys Beach and Middle Beach.Commanding views of the entire island can be had from the raised tower lookout here.The walk through Howea Palm forest is quite easy and interesting and is a good starting walk after arrival.
