Around 8.00pm on 13th April 2008 a hailstorm hit our property accompanied by stong winds and heavy rain.
It was probably the worst hailstorm we have experienced since we moved in in March 1996.
Areas of the rainforest looked like Thredbo and a short sharp flood event occurred through the creek.
With a 2 garden clubs scheduled to visit in a few days time,it was an untimely event to say the least.
