Lennox Head is a famous surf break just 20 minutes south of Byron Bay.Excellent views of the small but rapidly growing town can be had from the headland which is also a favourite take-off point for hang gliders.A southerly swell and a westerly wind blowing offshore brings great waves to Lennox Point with long but unforgiving rides possible along the rocky shore.
