First Government House (1788) and Surgeons Quarters - Kingston, Norfolk Island

Site of First Government House. Sited directly above the landing place near Kingston Pier this building was occupied by civil officers during the 2nd Settlement -1825-1855. Now used by the Lions Club.

The building on the right in front is the former Surgeons Quarters - Used by the Commissariat Officer as well as the Surgeon.
