The operation was very successful with the two newly created hives quicly filling out the boxes with wax comb and brood comb.
At some point in time these two hives will also be split to create 2 additional hives. As the bees build up strength in numbers the hive can be split fairly easily as native bees do not sting. Care must be taken though to cover the ears lest native bees crawl inside the ears.
