Our 40th Wedding Anniversary was on the 6th May and by chance it coincided with the rise of what some have called the Super Moon. Symbolically on this special evening the moon was the closest to earth it had been for 30 years.br/We went out for dinner at Opal Cove Resort at Coffs Harbour where we were staying and came back to our room and shared a couple of glasses of red wine on our 3rd floor balcony overlooking the ocean, the Solitary Islands and Diggers Beach.
